Well.......It's the annual (i think so) Picnic with teddy bear@ KLCC!

A special function/picnic with kids bringing along their own teddies for games and activities.

I was really excited when i first saw the ticket booth last week @ KLCC

First thing : "Ini Menariksss sekalissss"

Then what caught my attention is that Big Poster at the ticket booth located facing part of KFC and Toys R' Us (where Sepang F1 counter used to be)

Venue : Exhibition Hall 2. KLCC Convention Centre

Date: 6th June 2010, Sunday

Time : 7.30am to 12.30pm

Fee: RM35 for kid (must bring your own teddy)

FOC for parent accompanying

Exciting bearicous activities!

and i thought "YEAYYYYYYYY!"

So i went home and i only managed to ask my hubby to purchase the tickets today.

what we missed was the age limit! Oh no only for kids 4 to 12 yrs old only.

Too bad,I saw Tain smiled secretly and i know.

Our Little Ilhan Yusuf just turned 2 on 2nd May 2010!

Mommy Ilhan and Ayah Ilhan planned the party on 2nd May, but he was dignosed with HFMD and was quarantined for 1 week. So finally today 21 days after his actual birth date, we had this mini get together among family members at their beautiful home sweet home in Cheras.

Clients!

I just started this business and i have decided to design a special form for my so-called "clients" to fill in the form and submit. The crucial part in this party planning is all about the budget and of course the duration that is given to us to plan. Preferential duration to plan at least 2 months in advance!

I need to talk to them one to one before proceeding with the quotation.
I have a collection of potential caterers with me, especially for this one particular who caters Birthday Parties! I just need to have a peek into my so called "party dictino"

Looking at niche of "kids market", but i think i shall take one step at a time. Being a banker on a full time basis hardly give us an oppotunity to ponder and clear your mind. I am determine to make this happen. Besides juggling between my very busy family commitments and social networking among others. :)

March = Sarah's Birthday Month!

PINK & PURPLE 3rd Birthday POOL Party!!

I guess every year, i and sarah will look foward for March to arrive. My planning for sarah's birthday did start from March 2009! (theme :Dora) Haha...but this time i'll tone down and share the party with my nephew and niece-Luqman & Elly.

The pool party idea occured to me somewhere late Feb, where sarah & ilhan mandi at Tok Ma's house. I wanted to host it somewhere with a real pool...but fear of the kids safety and of course would be easier for the parents to monitor the kids nearby.

so...there..that's the idea. But i must make sure that my guests knows that its not a real pool! LoL! one of my colleague dah berangan nak mandi sekali gan anak!

Joining force with my sister in law, kak nina...is of course a good team work!

Doodle Pad Hours

I had a very busy end of Jan and early Feb 2010! And was soo worried that no ideas has struck me all this while...i really wanted to sit and doodle on my doodle pad hours...but i couldn't!
Time is tiacking so fast that i am not in peace of mind.

David Tutera has given me another inspiration to proceed with a "XXXXX" party! And now i need a big space to host my dearest sarah for her 3rd party! Now to choose the venue is going to be tricky!

"Denim Smart" Function Theme

When my office decided to proceed with our Family Day 2010 @ Fraser Hill-Shahzan Inn, i was among those who are happy to be involved in setting it up. As a secretary of the CBG Club, Consumer Banking Headquarters, we worked closely with the dateline given - 30th to 31st Jan 2010. It was a 3 day weekend with the Federal day 1st Feb 2010~Monday.

It was a very challenging theme as for the guest it is quite difficult to find an outfit that is extremely unusual...for a denim..especially for them to win the best dress award!

On our first hunt for the venue @ Fraser Hill (FH),we visited the three proposed venue and decided that Shahzan Inn is the right one! The rooms, the location, the dinner hall and of course the 'grandness' is very important! I love it the moment i saw the cosy-ness of the building and was really glad to found out at last that it was actually Shahzan Inn Hotel which is owned by the Pahang Royalty.

The residential manager, Mr Mokhtar and his assistant; Mr Talib was really helpful and very negotiable with the offer. So from then one we start planning and my main concern is of course the Dinner!! So after our second trip to FH, i started to brainstorm for ideas on the deco and decided that "Bling2 blue denim" would fit it well since we don't have any time to hunt for denim deco items on a very last minute.

The hotel provided the basic deco as requested such as the red carpet,the backdrop letters and bought the blue material to deco each table. I was very happy already with the basic deco and my team to touch up the up lift the "grandness" of hall.

Little disco balls here, medium disco ball there and one big one for the stage..the helium balloon we did it ourself..the tie back mini balloon too...me and isrun did it ourself! I think it turned out well...but of course we have to wait for some feedback..hehe..

Congrats to my deco theme..hoping A2PPL can expand more.

I'm glad that the GM agreed to the 'Smart Denim" night.
